Organic coffee is one that, according to international quality standards, is produced and processed by a sustainable system, without the use of synthetic chemicals.

All coffee growers who wish to market their coffee under the organic denomination must submit their crops to an inspection and certification process through certifying bodies.

Colibrije Coffee, has carried out these certification processes, ensuring in writing that the products meet the specific requirements of the organic crop production standard. Therefore, the coffee produced by the company is endorsed by these different certifying bodies.
